Sunsets and white powder sand beaches describe this beautiful slice of heaven. Newly updated property with all the comforts of home plus sunsets second to none.

Plenty to do in the area for the active folks or just porch sit or fish off the beach or nearby pier. Great location, once you're settled in you won't want to leave. We find the 14th floor to be low enough to check out the beach scene and hear the ocean but high enough to not be disturbed. This unit is second from the end of bldg, near one of four elevators and very private.

This rare 4/3 unit has been appointed with brand new furniture and quality appointments throughout. Something for everyone and certainly the kids will love the up and down bunk (w rails of course) and their own dvd/tv.

For the sports fans, free tennis avail onsite, top notch fitness center included (over 18). Plenty of casual and more upscale restaurants nearby.

Six beacb chairs and umbrella included for your stay.

New HDTV's in each room ranging from 47' in living room to 42' and 32' in bedrooms. DVD builtin in bunk room. Full size Whirpool duet laundry w/steam to keep work to minimum.

Where else can you have your choice of open outdoor pools or indoor heated? Awesome heath facility on premises included if you 're so inclined. Did I mention Starbucks and deli onsite?

Close to Pier Park ( about 5 mies), County fishing pier walking distance, small fee for use.

MASTER BEDROOM with King Sleigh Bed opens directly to large balcony, has double sink in bath, large walk-in closet and 42' HDTV, chair, nightstands. Very comfortable and tasteful.

KING BEDROOM #2, with King bed, nightstand, dresser, loveseat and private bathroom. Lovely and comfortable.

QUEEN BEDROOM #3, Queen bed, tropical theme, dresser and chair, shares bath with bunk-room.

Great Room in a good condo.

Very nice condo with comfortable beds and a big kitchen; nice to have the beach chairs included and beach chairs available in the condo - nice touches; Rob was very nice to work with; The only downside to Majestic is the long distance from parking to the condo and carrying groceries that far. The pool, beach and pool beach bar/restaurant are superb!

The condo was perfect size for us. Great location. The elevators were slow at times but everything else was great. Lots of amenities available. On-site bar & restaurant was delicious! Our only issue was the condo was not cleaned good upon our arrival. Otherwise we were very happy

Our experience with the owner was great. Very easy to work with. Elevators could be an issue if you are on a schedule.

Stay for World Series Tournament

We had a great time. The condo is right on the beach and we loved sitting on the balcony. The pools are very close to the elevator. Plenty of room for the 6 of us and the appliances were all updated. The condo came with beach chairs and a beach umbrella, which allowed us to not have to buy any (we didn’t have room in our car). Walmart was a 3 minute drive away. Great, convenient stay.

The property is part of a beautiful, clean and well maintained resort tower. Easy access to the beach and pool. The unit is well appointed with brand new appliances, plenty of cookware and some staples in the cabinets. There were a couple of cleanliness issues that we doubt the owner would have even been aware of, and did not affect our stay or our high opinion of the besutiful

Family beach trip

We loved the updated furniture and appliances. Rob always quickly answered any questions. The 4 bedroom layout worked well and the bunk room was comfortable even for my son-in-law to sleep when the granddaughter woke in middle of night. Unit is well stocked with pans and dishes. Having the indoor pools was nice during the colder mornings. The reserved parking space and chairs were a big plus.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was very nice , the appliances were top line. The manager was very good to us and easy to work with. We did have some issues with the elevators. This was not in control of the owner. The issues were resolved.

Love this area, panhandle folk are very friendly.

Why they chose this property

I've been coming to Panama City Beach since my FSU days, came through on my honeymoon, (daughter too later on) the beaches are second to none, fishing is very good too. Saw a 25 lb kingfish caught at county pier at night one fall visit, walking distance.
St Andrews Park is closeby and is great family stop. Pier Park is about five miles away down beach for tons of shopping and variety.

Plan to travel back and forth to FSU when football season rolls around.

What makes this property unique

Very nice location, convenient to pier-park, fishing pier about one mile, nice casual restaurants easy access on Southwest with new airport.. Quiet, private end of bldg, convenient to elevator and trash chute.

Comes with one reserved spot in large parking garage (less than 25% of units), others avail first come first served.

Beach renournished DEC 2021, Beautiful !!

Five pools including Tower Two's. Beach is groomed often with tractor to keep in prestine condition.

Unit doesnt get much use and you will find updated appliances, furniture..
