Property is very nice. Looks just like the pictures. Sliding glass door lock was broken. There were tons of bugs and trash on the back patio. You could tell the floors had not been swept or mopped.
Beautiful property overlooking a creek. Great arrangement with each room having its own bathroom, perfect space for family or friend gatherings, peaceful outdoor area to relax and unwind. It is located about 15-20 minutes outside of town and we appreciated that!
The host was very communicative and helpful before and during our stay. The home itself is lovely beautifully kept, with a gorgeous water view and plenty of wildlife. We even had deer walk right up to the house, which was such a treat! The beds were very comfortable (which is huge for me when traveling), and I loved that there were two coffee makers a very important detail in my book. That said, I do want to note that when we arrived, the AC was not working well. It stayed uncomfortably warm throughout our stay, never getting cooler than 75F during the day. In the winter, this house would be perfect, but in the summer, with all the windows, the current AC unit just couldn’t keep up.Beyond that inconvenience, it truly was a peaceful and beautiful place to stay. It’s also worth mentioning that it’s about a 30-minute drive to Hochatown, so plan ahead for travel time.
Rented this property for the 4th of July holiday week. What you see in pictures is what you get which was nice. Very peaceful. Kids fished played in river daily. Smores by the fire pit. Games and puzzles inside. Tv and coffee on the back deck. Washer dryer was great. Host communicated well when issue came up. Cell signal is spotty so the spam calls left me alone! Cooked our meals here. If you are picky about cookware bring your own but what is here is functional. If you have bigger group bring extra silverware/plates. You are 40 minutes from hochatown or the lake. It's very private. Caught bass, crappie, and perch! I definitely felt i got my money's worth!
The house is beautiful with a wonderful outside area. Perfect to spend time in the fresh air, even in the rain. Karey was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The only downside is that it was further out from anything that we realized (about 15 minutes )but doable
Had a wonderful time in the tucked away cabin. Well off the beaten path, we arrived and didn't want to leave. Gorgeous home and cute up and coming neighborhood. All the amenities right on the river. Thank you!
Amazing property! The house is cozy and spacious for my big family. Like other reviews google maps was the best at finding this location accurately. Bring your own water and ice. Overall great experience.
This cabin was so beautiful in person. There was a few things that made first day a little rough but the communication with the property manager made up for it! Will definitely be coming back!
We had a great trip! The house was perfect and so peaceful listening to the river right out the back door. The location was further from the tourist spots but we didn’t mind. The host was prompt and helpful anytime I reached out. We will look to staying here again.
This property was amazing. The house had top notch amenities and beautiful rustic atmosphere. The balcony porch in the back, overlooks a running stream that was so relaxing and peaceful to listen to. We loved the secluded location surrounded by the woods and crystal clear water. We usually make many excursions, but this time we just enjoyed the stay.
This home and property! So gorgeous. It was a perfect weekend for my girlfriends and I to be secluded in nature with all the sounds of the creek and woods. The house was an inspiring place to stay. Everything was super clean and we just sunk into rest and serenity here! Highly recommend this exceptional vacation home!!
We loved this place! It was new and modern every thing worked as it was supposed to the appliances where top notch it was stocked with everything you need to cook nice meals. The deck over looking the river was so
Peaceful had a nice table for games or meals the sectional on the deck in front of the fireplace and large flat screen television was great. I would definitely stay again or recommend this place to people.
