Super charming cottage, freshly renovated with a cozy coastal theme! Centrally located in the trendy upscale Porters Neck area, only 15 minutes from the beach and easy drive to downtown. It sits on over an acre, flanked by large Live Oak trees and nestled within a gorgeous little private nursery. Conveniently located right off Market Street, with privacy gates and very spacious parking. Cottage also features large open ceilings showcasing amazing old rough cut wood trust, along with new flooring, kitchen and bath appliances. Decor features several local artisans and a nice array of hand selected vintage items. It also Includes a spacious front porch (with rockers :) and a nice paver patio out back.

Truly can't recommend this destination highly enough. Gracious, communicative host, immaculate property, thoughtful additions (wine, soda, water and ice all provided ahead of check-in), and a simply beautiful environment.
