Pontos positivos: casa grande, camas confortáveis, limpeza Pontos negativos: potência do quadro Elétrico, não tem sofas para acolher o numero de pessoas que se propõem receber, casa ainda mal preparada para arrendamento local. Pontos a trabalhar; resolver a capacidade do quadro elétrico, incluir alguns cortinados, tapetes, algo que reforce o lado acolhedor no inverno, existe um quarto sem portadas ou qualquer forma de tapar a luz. tivemos de escolher entre cozinhar ou ligar aquecimento, nunca se podiam ligar os aquecimentos todos apesar da casa ser grande e muito fria. a existência de um único cilindro implica uma gestão controlado dos banhos numa casa com capacidade para muitas pessoas. Casa simpática com vários pontos a melhorar. Dono e responsável pela manutenção disponíveis e de fácil contacto.

Potencia Elétrica do imóvel foi agora aumentada de 4,2Kw para 6,9Kw, sendo esta potência máxima permitida pela operadora de energia local. Hoje já esta com 6,9 e já se notou um comportamento melhorado de aquecimento. Cortinados, tapetes ou sofás são os apresentados nas fotos do anuncio, não será de esperar que vão aparecer na casa. No que diz respeito a tapetes e cortinados, trata-se de uma preferência de decoração e também porque facilita a higienização do imóvel. De qualquer forma não estão no anuncio. O que se refere ao quarto que tem janela sem portada e quadro elétrico. Devo informar que não é um quarto e sim um Escritório. Inclusive está nas fotos com janela sem portada. Se optaram por dormir no escritório foge ao descrito no anúncio que menciona 3 quartos de casal e 1 quarto com bicama. Resumindo ... É como ver um anuncio de um BMW e esperar receber um Porsche ! Já que prestou atenção em tantos detalhes na casa, foi uma pena não tem visto o livro de instruções onde está explicito que não é permitido fumar dentro o Imóvel. Regra que não foi Cumprida!
