Room 33 - The Aquarama. Luxurious guest room located on the second floor with entry from a covered porch. Furnished for up to 4 guests with two queen beds. All of our deluxe guest rooms have beautifully outfitted private baths with a tub and shower. Take a dip at the largest pool on Folly Beach or spend some time in the surf with beach access only 1 block away. Amenities include a mini refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, and free WIFI. Book today for lifelong beach memories! Updated soundproofing for a peaceful stay!

Please note this unit comes with 1 Parking pass. Room is strictly non-smoking. Pet friendly with $125 + tax fee. Max 1 pet. Occupancy cannot exceed 4 guests. Must be 21 years old or older to rent. No onsite laundry. Please contact us with any questions.

Absolutely charming vintage property renovated to modern standards. The corner sitting rooms on the sun porch were perfect for morning coffee and reading. Pool was large and clean and staff was responsive. Totally unique and low key beach motel

Overall, fairly pleased with my stay at Folliday Inn. It didn't get a perfect score due to the wall unit being super dusty, there was no outlet in the bathroom, and a 11am check out time would have been preferred.

OMG—super cute and absolutely perfect!This place was the best. We arrived three hours early to the 4 pm check-in, and they kindly let us park in the lot while we walked down to the beach, WHICH WAS ONE BLOCK AWAYThe pool was refreshing and so much fun, with a spacious deck and plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax. They even had umbrellas and tables, which was exactly what we needed.We stayed in Room 33, and it was simply adorable—very clean, organized, and welcoming. It had two large, incredibly cozy queen beds, plus a convenient setup across from the beds with a sink, mini fridge, and space for wine, snacks, and other essentials. There was plenty of room to move around, so it never felt cramped. There was even an outdoor hangout area overlooking the pool.And the price was only about 250 per night—unbelievable for such a great location! We will 1,000% be back, but next time we’ll stay longer than a day. What a fun place to stay!

Great location. Very clean

The room is small, but it has all you need and split HVAC unit so very cool. The only downside is that the building has very thin walls, which is probably why management insists on you signing a contract that says no parties.

Room was really clean. Great supply of.towels for.room and for beach/pool. Pool was immaculate. Parking was conveniently located directly in front of building. Quick two block walk to the beach. This was our second stay and we'll definitely come back!
