Property is safe/clean and perfect for business travellers. Rooms are bright and has minimalistic design yet chic and colorful decorations makes it great vacation home. Convenient stay through top quality amenities provided to the guest.
The best and most modern apartment building in the area. Living room has 3 windows , which faces south and west, therefore receive sunlight all day. stylish and has modern furniture and amenities such as:

2. Mountain view: great view to the Bogd Khan mountain, Zaisan Hill and the whole city from top floor
3. Dobu ,smart home: you can call elevator, security from home.
4. Smart lock : self check-in. you can unlock the apartment with touch keypad.
5. Green environment: tropical green live (and fake ) house plants . Property takes steps to make your stay more sustainable such as energy efficient devices , light bulbs, rechargeable batteries ...etc.
6. Cozy bedroom with queen size bed and comfortable mattress. bed linen is 100% cotton. 2 different types of 4 pillows are provided.
7. Air cooler: Has portable device that blow the hot air out then humidify and cool at the same time for your convenience.

The apartment is awesome, not just a tourist bed but a lovely equipped flat looking like someone is regulary living there. Mende was there to handover the keycard in time and as agreed via WhatsApp - even earlier than the official check in time, what was perfect after an 18 hour travel.
The 22nd floor is nicely quiet at night far away from the busy road. It's a gated community with security service and it's super safe.
In the flat there is everything you need and in perfect condition. I loved it and would ALWAYS choose it if I would be in Mongolia again.
