Cleanup dog poo or any bodily fluid (indoors and out). An extra $100 fee for any left plus replacement fees for any ruined rugs, furniture or linens.
I prefer to wash the linens. The sheets and couch cover can be left on to keep the mattress and couches clean. Please, never put rugs in the dryer.

I had an amazing month-long stay here. The rental unit was perfectly managed & organized!
The host was incredibly thoughtful and there wasn’t a single item that I was left needing for everyday comfort. Very clean and well-maintained property.
Great find!
The entryway to the fenced in yard for the unit was overgrown with honeysuckle vines that my spouse & I cut back ourselves. The stove top burners & oven were filthy with what looks like years of burnt on grease & food. We had to unclog the bathroom sink that was filled with what appeared to be hair & animal fur, take down & clean the bathroom ceiling fan. The subpump ba ked up & flooded the entire unit with water 3x's in 1 night & we had to help clean it up. The paint that was already peeling off of the concrete floors got way worst with no remedy, the headboard & footboard of the bed had old socks, pet fur, headbands, etc. tha should've been cleaned. If you have a pet... Don't bring them because you'll have NO PEACE! Everytime you and/or your pet goes outside the "host," lets out her dogs & they come to the fence with NON-STOP barking, so you CAN'T enjoy being outside! The "host," acts like a complete "stalker," that needs to be on medication! She complained about "VRBO," being idiots to us everytime there was a payment request to be made, which is so unprofessional! VRBO needs to EVALUATE this "host," using their platform... SERIOUSLY!!!!

Nicole stayed in my house from January 18th until June 21st. She couldn't pay the next week's rent, then squatted in my house. When I refused to let them have free utilities while squatting she got mad and left an outlandish review. The apartment was so trashed when they left every wall had to be scrubbed and repainted, the floors and rugs looked like they had never been swept. I live in the house above the apartment and still rarely saw or spoke to them so I'm not sure what the stalking part means. She's jumping from one STR to another not because of the hosts...
