Room 14 - The Falls Flyer. This luxurious guest room has a private entry located on the ground floor. The room is elegantly furnished with a king-sized bed, mini refrigerator, microwave, smart TV, Free WIFI, and dining table for 2. The private bathroom is beautifully outfitted with a tub and shower. Spend time relaxing by the largest pool on Folly Beach or dip your toes in the sand with beach access only 1 block away. Ideal for a romantic weekend, the Falls River is a couples paradise!

Room is strictly non-smoking. Pet friendly for 1 dog with $125 + tax fee. Must be 21+ Occupancy cannot exceed 2 guests. No onsite laundry. Please contact us with any questions.

**On October 25th, we will be hosting a Family Friendly Trick or Treat, starting at 2:00-4:00pm. This event will take place at the Folliday Inn by the event space.

This was a very cute room! Very close to shops and restaurants so we walked everywhere, no need to drive! The only issue we had was there was a dirty washcloth on top of the shower (left from previous tenants AFTER it was cleaned), and there the toilet was dirty also (under the seat and dripped down to the floor). I called to speak with someone about this but was told they would call me back when someone was “in the office”. Which would have been after we checked out (stayed 8-30/9-1).
