Unit was large and ready early. It was impossible to get to, however, due to 1 elevator being inoperable. It took over 90 minutes to get onto an elevator to ascend SIXTEEN floors (then, we had to walk down them that day and wait totals of hours for elevators throughout the stay). Hot tub and pool were very small for number of people at this large property. Drilling nearby started at 6:45 am, which was impossible to sleep through. Master bed was comfortable, but bunkbeds were loosely put together and wobbled/creaked.There were plenty of towels and some beach equipment (umbrellas, chair, shovel), which was great. Coffee maker is Keurig so you can bring pods with youBelieve there is black mold on ceiling in master bath. While we loved the on-beach balcony and proximity to town easy check in & out, we would likely choose a property not dependent on unreliable elevators in the future.

Nice end condo

The condo was nice. It does not have a coffee maker so don't bring your grounds! It only has a Keurig. It is the end unit which is a much more desired location than those poor units by the elevators. Quiet condo and nice access to the beach and to several restaurants.

Great Condo with an excellent view

Well, we really enjoyed the condo, it was a great and clean place. The rooms were very nice, they had everything we needed. The condo didn’t have a working dishwasher, they said when we checked in they would have someone come by to fix it and nobody ever came. Also our main tv’s had previous visitors logins and we couldn’t really watch tv in the main living space. We replaced the batteries in the remote in the bedroom and watched tv in there because it was reset to guest mode. We reached out again and no one responded. The check in process was okay, we got there and our code didn’t work. After calling the number provided we got in, but went to dinner and came back and the code didn’t work again. Needless to say after having to call to reset the codes a third time, it worked for the rest of the stay. There are only two elevators for 20 floors of condos and one of the elevators was down almost our entire stay. Which meant having to fight crowds and carts and had to always plan an extra 15-20 minutes for elevator waits when making any other plans. Also, our first full day of the trip we were with no water, later found out the city turned it off for several hours. So, no fault to the condo. It was just unfortunate we had no idea who to contact or how to fix the problem. The main recommendation is knowing who to contact. I had a number from check in that really didn’t help. I had an email from a realtor that said they were available, but really couldn’t assist.

The condo was just like the photos, the view was beautiful from the patio. Beds were very comfortable also. The only thing negative would be there are only two elevators and I would recommend getting on the ground level first when arriving to go to your condo, if not it will take you quite awhile to get there. After that they were good. I would definitely stay there again.
