Large expansive deck with barbecue, outdoor dining with sun awning and seating for up to 20. Large 20 x 40 foot heated pool (heat with 7 day advance notice + additional deposit) , all on private 2 acre plot. Parking for up to 10 cars. Ask for Special Weekly/Monthly Rates. Price does not include Suffolk County Tax of 5.5% or Processing Fee.

Gorgeous private stay!!

Dominic's home is so lovely! The house is modern and beautifully designed, with great natural lighting. The property itself is tucked away and surrounded by a canopy of trees that makes you feel like you're far from civilization, yet hop in the car and you're minutes away from the beach and town. Big ups for having so many coffee making options too! Thank you so much for letting our group stay in your home Dominic - would highly recommend it to anyone!

Large, Nice Home near East Hampton

The check in and out process was easy, great deck and pool, and the home is much lighter than in the photographs. Only thing is note that the pull outs are not the most comfortable, so I'd recommend staying at or below 8 adults (I'm sure they'd be fine for kids that aren't as susceptible to sleep issues).
