Bike to the beach and town of Amagansett from the large, private home in Stony Hill Estate section. 1st floor master bedroom suite with large en-suite bathroom, with additional 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms upstairs. 1st floor living room, as well as separate den along with all new full eat-in open plan kitchen/diner with Quartz countertops and new appliances , as well as separate formal dining room. Large expansive deck with barbecue, outdoor dining with sun awning and seating for up to 20. Large 20 x 40 foot heated pool (heat with 7 day advance notice + additional deposit) , all on private 2 acre plot. Parking for up to 10 cars. Ask for Special Weekly/Monthly Rates. Note that the home is self catering and all guests are expected to bring in their own condiments for hygiene reasons (salt &pepper is not included). Bathroom hand soap is provided but no personal items such as makeup removal or shampoos are provided. Towels provided are not for any makeup removal and should bring what they need. Price does not include Processing Fee of 3.5%.
