About this property
The Palm Tree House
beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home in a 55 plus community. Situated on 1/3 of an acre and backing onto a palm tree farm, you can enjoy peace and quiet to watch the sun set in the evenings or gaze at the stars. There is a gas firepit located in the screened in porch for you to enjoy the cooler nights outdoors sitting around the fire. Perfectly located for boating and fishing and close to the community swimming pool, tennis courts, library, 2 grocery stores and a variety of restaurants and bars. Take a short trip to the marina to visit the local resident dolphin named Uno. A Tiki cruise or cruise to additional surrounding islands are also available. If you are a fisherman, charter fishing boats are also readily available on the island.
