Perfect getaway

Being so close to the beach was awesome, we were walking distance to several restaurants. The host was extremely friendly and location was extremely safe. super easy checking and check out.

This place was nicely appointed inside. It was a good-sized apartment, with a full living room and dining room and a hallway along with the one bedroom, and a nice old wood floor. I was there by myself and it felt safe. A few blocks from the Pleasure Pier and one from the Seawall. I would avoid this place though with anyone at all elderly as the stairs to the second floor are steep and seem a bit slippery, and there are multiple places, starting with the front door and others in the apartment where there is a raised hump in the floor you have to walk over. Easy to trip if you're older. It would be better to put small mini ramps on either side of those bumps. But for me it was perfect. I was there in October and the weather was perfect and the living room was so nice and breezy with the windows open. Lots of nice windows. It's not often you keep the windows open in Galveston! Central AC that worked well too.
