Located in Summer Place Neighborhood. The community pool and beach access are just a short walk. Completely renovated in 2020. Two Master Suites and large gathering with ample seating inside and out make for the perfect beach getaway for families!
Downstairs:
The first bedroom has a king bed with a private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two doubles in each bedroom and private bath.
Upstairs:
The first bedroom has a king bed with private bath. Two of the bedrooms have two queen beds in each with private bath. The fourth bedroom upstairs has one double bed.
Amenities include new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, regular coffee maker, hot/cold coffee Kuerig, high efficiency washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, blender, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans, Hi Speed Wi-Fi and gas grill. Smart TV in every bedroom and the living area, Disney+ log in through "54 Private" profile.
This property rents for a two-night stay before May 29 and after August 29, 2024.
