My cancellation policy is as follows:
I will provide a full refund assuming you provide me with at least 14 days notice (30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date and 50% refund within 7-14 days notice (14-30 days if a seasonal policy applies) prior to your arrival date. Please consider travel insurance which includes COVID and hurricane cancellation as there are no refunds for those events.

In general I have a 4 night minimum but will accept requests of less than four nights if I only have those dates available. Therefore if you need less than 4 nights send me the request and I will see if I can accommodate the request.

Overall a great stay. The host was very prompt with any questions I had leading up to the stay. The room was clean, and everything worked as expected. The bedroom was missing the TV remote which I brought up to the resort front desk and they had a replacement brought up to the room pretty quickly. There were some minor communication issues with the hotel front desk, as far as bracelets that needed to be worn and when, and some other questions they could not answer that were resort questions I felt they should have known, but again those were minor and not something the host of this Suite could help or predict. Overall it was a great stay.

This property has never failed me and this trip was no different as the unit we stayed in was on par with the exceptional quality of the Fontainebleau. The renovated rooms give a nice fresh feeling and our host was very accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.

I have to say reading past reviews I was scared about the check in process due to having a injury on both feet so can't stand for long periods but I had no problems. I enjoyed the condo and hotel amenities. Two spacious balconies with great views of Miami. Plenty of space in the living room and kitchen. Large master bathroom. The common area hallways looked to be recently remodeled - very nice. I’d definitely stay here again, and it seemed like a great value compared to the hotel rooms. Everything is closely connected within hotel and tower.

Host was amazing in communicating with questions at the time of booking in this last minute rental we made. 100% would book this rental again if staying at the FB. Loved have 2 showers and the jacuzzi for our family of 4. Pull out couch did fit 12 and 10 year old - a little tight, but no complaints. Very clean and housekeeping was responsive for extra blanket. So happy we found this stay!!! Will be back.

The resort is beautiful, with fantastic amenities including a gorgeous pool area and the unit we rented felt larger in person than as seen in the photos, with fantastic views overlooking the ocean as well as the city and harbor. We travelled with our daughter and it was great to have the two full bathrooms, kitchen and the washer/dryer. The host was very informative in the listing and promptly responded to inquiries. There were long waits for the elevators as we were there at a peak time and it is quite a distance to walk to get to amenities but the benefits outweighed that.

Host was very responsive. Hotel service was terrible, we waited 2 hours for our lunch, after 3 days we received the blanket and pillow we asked for, had to wait 1 jr. to get our car from valet. the employees were very nice but could not handle the amount of people there.

Pleasant Stay/Large Accommodations

Have stayed in other Tresor rentals but this was quite large w/two balconies. Accommodations were simple but clean. We arrived late and unfortunately could not enter thru Tresor bldg because we didn’t have key, must go thru main check in area which was difficult for me recovering from knee surgery. We like to make a few simple meals in especially since place was so spacious however the cooking pans & utensils were limited, I would suggest a few extras in the kitchen would would allow for meal prep.

My family and I had an amazing time at the Fontainebleau! The weather was perfect and the view from every room in the suite was absolutely breathtaking. I was debating on getting the smaller room but this one was perfect for my family of 4. The washer/dryer and full kitchen made the 5 day trip so much more convenient. Having 2 bathrooms for the 4 of us allowed us to spend more time on the beach or at the one of many pools. My youngest especially enjoyed the water slide at the kids pool. I read they will be adding a full waterpark for the kids sometime next year. The only real negative about the trip was the cleanliness of the room. It was very dirty. I didn’t bother mentioning it to the host because this kind of seems to be the norm even at the best hotels in Miami Beach from what I hear. I had family staying at other high end hotels at the same time and they all had the same cleanliness issue. And it just seemed easier for me to clean it myself with Lysol wipes instead of complaining. The next guests shouldn’t have this issue after I deep cleaned lol. One tip would be to avoid the elevators and the front desk during check in/check out hours. Plan to arrive/leave early or late to avoid the frustration. We arrived at 6pm and left at 4:30am and had no issues but other people leaving at 11-12 had a terrible time getting down to the lobby and then had to wait on a long line to check out. Despite that, we loved our time at the Fontainebleau and still give it an overall 10/10
