• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine, plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in a $500 fine. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. .
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 p.m. - 8am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots.

The condo was stunning! Modern kitchen. Spacious living/dining room. Enormous bedrooms. Loved the decor. Dining room table worked great for family games! Quick response maintenance! The toilet in one of the bathrooms was running continuously - within 30 minutes of reporting it, the maintenance guy was at our door and it was fixed in no time flat.Location was fantastic! Bus stop right outside the building. Streetcar stops a block away. Uber/Lyft always within 1 minute.Wish we’d thought thru groceries/leftover ratio a bit better! We threw so much food away!
