This fully renovated sleep-12 villa has 3B/3B in main house, and 1B/1B with additional living area in the guest house on property. The kitchen is fully stocked, and the grill is ready for your fresh caught fish or juicy steaks. Mix a frozen cocktail in the blender and you have designed the perfect afternoon! Finish the day with lawn games like Jenga and Corn Hole in the dedicated grassy area in the front yard. You will soon discover that this home is designed to create unforgettable moments.

Outside of Aruba’s natural treasures, the island is alive with culinary masterpieces, vibrant shopping, and enough entertainment to please the most discerning groups. The magic combination of safe, clean, and exhilarating fun has us and our guests coming back time and again.

Why they chose this property

This property felt perfect from moment one! With our large families (lots of children and now some grandchildren), it is the perfect spot for our island home. Palm Beach Paradise Villa is a comfortable inviting space for all of us to gather and relax. The close proximity to the Palm Beach Resort Area is ideal. We are a walk or short drive away from grocery stores, pharmacies, beaches, water sports, restaurants, bars, the butterfly farm, casinos and more. There is literally something for everyone at any age to enjoy on this One Happy Island! Our favorite thing is taking a morning walk on the Palm Beach boardwalk (just minutes by foot) to enjoy coffee and a tasty breakfast sandwich. Soaking in the turquoise waters while we stroll is a glorious way to start the day!
