Enjoy the Colorado River at this charming 3-bed, 2-bath home offers an unforgettable escape. Thoughtfully furnished, each bedroom boasts plush beds and Roku TVs, ensuring your comfort. Our well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms simplify your stay.
Yet, the true gem is the river. Wade into its famous waters, hang out on our expansive deck, have fun with our outdoor games, grill up some food or unwind on loungers.

We are here for you during your stay but our level of interaction is up to you, we are only a phone call or message away.

As you enter into the neighborhood on Tucker Hill it might not be aesthetically pleasing but we assure you that the closer you get to our home, the more inviting it becomes.

Front door code will be sent day of check in around noon time frame (CDT).

This is a beautiful place and that has been extensively remodeled. Because the river brings wildlife abundance, please beware of critters and such outdoors.

Our kitchen is outfitted with an array of cookware and fun colored tableware, plus there is tableware suitable for youngsters. The bathrooms & laundry room are ready to tackle any untidiness.
Let's not forget the heart of it all: the river. Step into the famous river with water depths of 4-5 feet (pics taken 2023). An expansive deck awaits, adorned with enchanting string lights offering breathtaking views of the river. Enjoy outdoor entertainment with yard games, or simply bask in the sun in the loungers.
