Located 1 mile from the Beach, Schlitterbahn, and Moody Gardens! This beautifully remodeled home is designed with a modern coastal vibe! The home comfortably sleeps up to 7 guests and we are pet friendly! The interior has been completely renovated with gorgeous hardwood floors, all new appliances, spa-like bathrooms, and a large open floor plan. Outside, the upper deck provides a relaxing space to enjoy the breeze, have your morning coffee, sip on your favorite cocktail, or just unwind. Downstairs there is a large, covered breezy patio with hanging chairs, a hammock, several patio conversation sets, a dining area, and a gas grill.

We now offer a 4‑passenger golf cart for daily rental, and it’s an awesome way to cruise around and explore the area! Guests love using it to get to the beach, grab food, or just ride around and enjoy the island vibes.

Property was clean and cute. The location was perfect. We were there for our granddaughter's dance competition at Moody Gardens and this was the perfect stay. If they compete there next year, will definitely stay here again!

Great and clean place to stay!

I stayed at this property over memorial weekend and it was great! It was a quick stay but this property had everything we could possibly need for my family and I. The property has great upgrades and is very clean, will definitely will be added to my favorites for any of my Galveston trips!

We were there for a fishing trip and the home was convenient to many of the popular bank spots and bait shops. There are many locals in the neighborhood who are out and about walking their dogs or just taking in the nice October weather. I asked if I could do a cookout on the grill and the hosts made sure I had a new tank of propane gas. The hosts were very responsive and it made our stay a worry-free endeavor.

This was excellent vacation stay for my family! I was skeptical at first due to not many reviews but the 2 they had was very recent so I said why not, this was perfect for my family of 5 enough beds for everyone and was very clean! We absolutely loved it and was close to everything! The bottom level was great we enjoyed the scenery and kids loved the little outdoor games they had available! The pictures are exactly how the property looked, my only suggestions is getting a bigger couch it wasn’t enough seating for all 5 of us and if someone brings dog to do deep cleaning after; the property was clean as I stated above but I did see some dog hair at the bottom of the living room table. Other than that it was perfect and my family and I will be returning!
