The property was perfect for a family of 8 adults and 2 little ones. The grounds, the amenities, the pool, the house itself - stunning. For the first 11 days of our 14 day stay everything was perfect. Than, the pwer went out - due to local construction, the power company turned off the power. We had no electricity, air conditioning no cooking facility and food spoiling in the refriegator - no internet or cell serivce. No one could tell us when the power would come back on - that day and night was untenable. After an exchange with management the next day, we were offered a relocation to a beautufl beachfront condo as well as a significant refund. Management really stepped up and took care of this and the last two days were also quite lovely. We greatly appreciate how management took care of us as this was a situation out of their control So, we will always have a really good memory of this trip and hope to return again.
