complex. You will also have access to the community amenities, including a communal swimming pool (heated to 84 degrees) and saunas. Please see the 'Notes' section for seasonal availability of the pool. • Beach Access: We encourage guests to enjoy the fantastic public beaches nearby, such as Sand Harbor and Kings Beach.
• Community Amenities: The communal swimming pool is open seasonally during the summer months and typically closes at the end of Labor Day Weekend. Pool hours are 10 AM to 10 PM.
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter set of essentials to get you settled in, including soaps, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, creamer, sugar, spices, toilet paper, and paper towels.

Clean up any dog doo, give us a heads up if the barbecue tank is low, return garage, remotes and Bose speaker back in drawer, and give us a heads up if anything was damaged or needs to be replaced.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Should any damage exceed the damage deposit, guest agrees to pay the balance within five (5) business days after receiving notification.

This is our second time staying at this property and we will be back again. The location is right next to the Diamond Peak shuttle stop providing easy door to door access to the ski resort.

This is our third time staying in Andrea’s lovely home—and that alone says how much we enjoy it. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the living space is warm and cozy, and the location truly can’t be beat. We love taking the free shuttle to Diamond Peak and skiing all day; it’s such a great mountain for all skill levels. This property is your home away from home. It has everything you need. We appreciate the slippers and bottled water in our rooms. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Andrea is such a great host, readily available for issues and concerns ( didn’t have any at all). We’d be back for sure.

Lovely Tahoe Cabin Stay

Wonderful Incline Village Condo

Great experience! Easy access to Diamond Peak Ski Resort via the shuttle which picks you up right across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We highly recommend this property and can't wait to return!

Wonderful stay

Very convenient location to diamond peak and the property itself was very cozy. Great communication from owners as well. Only small thing to note that wasn't fully clear in the listing is that the sauna and pool area are part of the same amenity so they're all closed between labor day to memorial day and not just the outdoor pool area.

Andreas place was great for our snow getaway.

The house was big enough for our group while being extremely cozy. The place has been renovated and was sparkly clean, with the kitchen being well stocked. Great location near the Hyatt and restaurants. It was nice to have a flexible check in. I'd recommend staying here. We'll be back!!

Location, location, locaton

Our family had a wonderful stay! The host has several thoughtful details throughout the house. The house is well maintained and was sparkling clean upon arrival. High quality washer/dryer, and the kitchen had plenty of amenities. The decks have multiple areas to sit and relax. Hiking options are close by as well. The neighborhood looked great for walking and biking. All around a great host who goes out of her way to make you feel at home. Could not have been happier with our stay.

Great place!

This place was amazing, a great place surrounded by trees. We actually utilized and relaxed in the sauna. Home is SUPER clean and had lots of extra touches...slippers, coffee supplies, waters, etc. We didn't use this time but I also saw beach gear/supplies as well. Thank you for sharing your space Andrea! We'll be back soon for the snow and skiing.

We highly recommend this vacation home. We enjoyed our stay at the property and appreciate the communication with the owners and the cleanliness of the home. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. There were extra blankets and pillows and restrooms were well stocked. The only issue we had was when we ran out of pellets bbqing dinner. Unfortunately there wasn’t enough to cook all the meat but we were able to finish it in the oven. We hadn’t used a pellet bbq and it could have easily been our fault the pellets burned too quickly. Overall, we were thrilled with our stay. The surrounding area was great for walking our pups and the property was clean, quiet, and felt safe. We will definitely stay here in the future.

Fantastic Incline Condo

We loved Andrea’s place for our recent ski trip with our elementary aged kids and grandparents. The house was just as described- beautiful, clean, had everything we needed and was so close to Diamond Peak (a shuttle pickup is across the street and it’s less than 1/2 mile, one could walk there if they weren’t carrying gear). Andrea’s communication throughout was great. She was quick to respond to emails from booking through checkout. This is probably my favorite place we’ve stayed at in Incline yet. We hope to come back (maybe also in the summer so we can enjoy the lake!). Thanks for the great trip!

Another Great Stay!

This is our second time staying at Andrea's place and it won't be the last time either. Her place is super clean, cozy and perfect for a large family like ours. Even our dog knows what to expect. While I have not stayed here in the summer, which I plan to do soon, I love love love staying here in the winter. You store your skis in the outdoor secure closet and walk across the street to catch the bus that takes you to the front of Diamond Peak Ski Resort. No driving or schlepping necessary. And her place is close to Raleys, which has Tesla chargers. The beds are comfortable, the showers work, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. One of our teens sleeps on the couch and she is very comfortable. Stop looking for other places to stay and book this! You won't regret it.

Filthy Bathrooms and Previous Renters Items Left Under the Bed!

So disappointed. The showers had slime, clumps of hair, a dirty footprint in one shower. After stepping out of the shower onto the bath mat, our feet were covered in hair from the mat. Under the bed in the largest bedroom there was a pair of old shoes, a sock and some makeup. Totally unacceptable. Because we had already paid and drove from three states away for a wedding we had no choice but to stay. I would NEVER book this place again!

OUR STAY WAS AMAZING!

Please read this entire review as I share details that are important to know. As background, we stayed at this property with our family of 6 (kids range from 17 - 10), our dog and my 83 YO MiL. The host is very responsive and flexible. The condo is very quiet. The beds are amazing…the pillows are new. You can tell the owner put effort into making the home comfortable. READ THIS if you ski: This was our first time skiing Diamond Peak (DP). The property is just across the street from the DP bus that runs every 30 minutes throughout the day to take you to the base of the mountain and back home. The ski resort is so family friendly. We had great snow and carved through fresh powder in the trees. We left the condo to catch the 9:05 bus and were on the mountain by 9:30. We caught the 4:10 bus to go back, and we were in the condo by 4:30. WOW. No driving and schlepping. The condo has an outdoor closet where you can store your skis. Really convenient. Parking was right out front of the condo - two spots in the shade all day The check-in for the condo was easy and there were no keys to lose. The host was so nice to leave water bottles for us in the room. I slept on the couch and it was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The upstairs bathroom was so nice to have All of the bedrooms had closets and TVs. The bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner/bath soap in both showers. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We will be back.
