We went through the Bozeman Short Term Rental Process application in 2023. Officially receiving our permit from the city we put our place into the short term rental market summer of 2023. We hired a management company, but as the short term rental market isn't what it was a couple years ago, they decided to exit Montana. We officially became hosts in October 2023.
We will do our best to make your stay great.

Why they chose this property
We lived in the condo for a year, and loved walking the different trails that are right outside the door. The easy access to restaurants was such a pleasure with littles.
What makes this property unique
We love our condo, and use it for our family and friends when they come to town. We try to make it as homey and inviting as we can. The sheets are lovely, there are lots of blankets, two towels for each of the 4 guests allowed in our condo. We have done our best to stock the kitchen with all the tools you might need to make your favorite meal.
