The host was great and very responsive. The house was beautiful. The only complaint is that the rug in the master had a huge stain and should be replaced. The complex amenities were extensive and everyone was so friendly. All in all a wonderful, seamless experience. I would stay here again! I hope to stay here again.

Peninsula is great!

The property was exactly as described - very well equipped and comfortable and the view of the pond was better than expected - the community is perfect for walkers, joggers and families - Would definitely stay there again

Lovely week

Great vacation spot with terrific amenities. A lot of care and thought have been put into making this a fun respite. We enjoyed the movie options (incredible collection!), the arcade games, and the bikes were awesome. Really enjoyed our time here!

We stayed at another house 3 years ago owned by the same owner and we were impressed. This place was even nicer and newer with excellent amenities. Owner was great to deal with and helpful and hospitable. Will stay here again!!

Enjoyed our stay! Great house for entertaining! Beautiful neighborhood with great amenities! Great location for day trips to surrounding states and a great location to visit beaches from Lewes to Assateague. Clay was very responsive!

Comfortable and Enjoyable!

This property is in a great location. From here we were easily able to explore using the provided bikes and enjoyed visiting the fishing pier, beach, nature trails, and clubhouse. The open living / kitchen area is a nice feature as is the deck bordering the golf course.
