The hosts were excellent and very helpful with all our questions. The unit we stayed in was perfect, clean, beautiful and spacious. And we never ran out of hot water despite back to back showers after skiing! Amazing!

Great place, great experience, great trip!

Greatly enjoyed our stay in Mont Tremblant at this location. Our family of four visited for extended skiing/snowboard weekend. Was a beautiful condo with easy access to the P3 parking lot down the hill to catch either the bus transportation to the ski hill or could walk across the street and P2 parking lot to take small lift up to the Le Soleil lift. Good pre-instructions info communicated prior to our arrival, etc.. Would definitely book again. Thanks to our hosts

We loved being so close to the village and mountain, location of house is great.

House was well equipped. However, The sofa was very uncomfortable and I would suggest considering a replacement.

Great apartment for skiing

With five people this apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Lots of amenities and everything works well. When we had some questions the host responded immediately and was very helpful. We would definitely come here again. Location with parking and shuttle access is also great but I have one note there. The amenities list ski in/ski out. If that refers to shuttle access it is correct but if you expect to ski to and from the apartment it's not.

We enjoyed the space, but they were quite a few items that did not work or were broken. Number one. The hot water faucet in the shower on the main level spewed only scolding hot water. They knew this was a chronic problem. They told us how to adjust it so that we could get cold water, but it really didn’t work consistently at all. Very dangerous. Luckily the upstairs shower worked.Number 2. The double bed on the main floor was tilted substantially. The manager confirmed that the legs were bent, but said they were not be able to fix it before we left, so there were three nights we had to use an uncomfortable bed or sleep on the couch.The upstairs bath sink drain was plugged. They did fix it.One of the legs on a chair upstairs broke when I sat on it, and the downstairs chair was also unstable.We did not notice in the description that the only TV in the main living area was cable only. So everything was in French and the picture was not very good. The manager suggested we use the smart TV upstairs, but that would mean six people sitting on the bed watching it.These things were very annoying and made our stay uncomfortable. The manager offered a 15% discount, but this was not enough to compensate for the inconveniences.

The upstairs sink was fixed immediately, and assistance was provided throughout your stay. Regarding the shower, it is fully functional and safe; guidance was simply provided on its operation, as is sometimes needed. The bed mentioned was inspected and did not affect comfort or usability. All other items reported were either minor or unexpected and have since been reviewed to ensure everything meets our standards. We strive to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests and remain available at all times to assist when needed.

First Experience at Mont Tremblant

The location is excellent. The condo is spacious and well kept. The decor needs to be updated. I had to clean the oven before I used it due to smoke generated by burnt crud at the bottom. The screen doors fell off as soon as we attempted to open them. We were unable to fix them.

Great location and setting

We were here for the Ironman 70.3 last weekend. Really enjoyed the condo. Easy 10 minute walk to the village and well equipped although not the best stocked kitchen we have stayed in. Really lovely setting and great access to the pool. Definitely recommend it … would stay again.
