What an amazing view from the rooftop! This place was perfect for our group size and the convenience to Broadway made it easy to go out and see the town. I would highly recommend and plan to use this place again.

21st birthday had 2 houses sleep 16 people comfortably. Rooms could have used a freshening paint, repair some of the walls and replace some end tables. Kitchen was updated and well equipped. The surrounding outside property area needed to be better maintained. Location was convenient to downtown Nashville via Uber, about 10-15 minutes with traffic which worked fine for our group. We would return to this property again. Contact person was very easy to communicate with and address any issues we had.
