Good place for a couple of days

Some appliances not working. If you want to cook meals this is not the place for you. If you just want coffee and pastries you'll be fine. Right on beach. Felt safe. Very comfy beds.

Great place. Didn’t like the way the balcony was open to other balconies. I couldn’t sleep at night with my sliding doors open due to safety concerns.

Miami Beach winter vacat

Balcony view was wonderful. Room was a studio with 2 queens. All the accommodations that we needed. Some of the appliances were old showing some rust and probably time to be replaced. Overall very good condo. I would definitely return.

Disappointed

The room is not well maintained. I was also disappointed in the lack of cleanliness. But I think most frustrating was the fact that the pool was green and not able to be used during our entire stay. I would not have booked this location had I known the pool wasn’t functional. The view from the balcony was amazing but the balcony table was broken. You can definitely get a much nicer room with the same view for the same price if not cheaper. Would not book this rental again.
