Welcome to this beautiful wood-beam chalet, only minutes to downtown Ellicottville, Holiday Valley and Holi-Mont.

This gorgeous 5 bedroom, 2.5 bath chalet is the perfect place to get away with family & friends. There are two spacious living rooms and a great outdoor space including a hot tub and barrel sauna.

The chalet is nestled in the trees and is flooded with natural light throughout. Complete with many amenities, it is the perfect home-away-from home for your family and friends to enjoy!

LIVING ROOM / DINING ROOM / KITCHEN

The spacious 2 story great room is flooded with natural light and overlooks the trees. Cozy up next to the gas fire place, put on a show on the large TV or enjoy view or direct access to the deck out the large windows.

Cook up a meal in the full kitchen that is fully stocked a big fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and dishes, pots, pans, cutlery & small appliances.

There is also a Keurig, regular drip coffee pot and kettle for all of your coffee and tea needs!

The kitchen opens to the bright dining room with a large table that seats 8 people.

OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES

The upper deck off of the main living room has a BBQ, Dining table and lounge area with Adirondack chairs. Corn hole and other games are provided!

The lower outdoor space off of the lower level rec room has a hot tub to relax in as well as a barrel sauna. Spa towels are provided!

LOWER LEVEL REC ROOM

This second living area is a great spot to get the group together - adults and kids alike.

There is plenty of seating, a huge Smart TV (cable & Netflix / other app access), a bar area with a wine fridge, Air Hockey, Foosball and board games.

BEDROOMS

The master bedroom is located on the main level and has a King bed, TV and an ensuite. There is a guest bedroom on the main level with a Queen bed, TV and closet.

Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with two Twin beds, a dresser, desk and and additional AC unit for the summer heat.

The lower level has a second master bedroom with a King Bed, TV and closet and another cool guest bunk bedroom with 2 Double beds and 2 Twin beds plus a TV and chalk wall for kid fun.

In addition, there is a large air mattress (plug in pump, with linens) as well as a pack and play for additional sleeping.

BATHROOMS

The master bedroom has an ensuite with a separate tub and shower as well as his and hers vanities with lots of storage space.

The lower level has a spacious two room bathroom - the first has a tub/shower, toilet and sink and there is a separate vanity area.

The main level has a powder room.

My family and I had a great time visiting for some spring skiing. A fabulous place to stay for both kids and adults! Plenty of space for everyone, game room for kids, large TVs & comfy couches for evening snuggles, super comfy beds (much needed after a day on the slopes!), relaxing hot tub (I missed out trying the sauna), ample parking, and a very responsive host! We truly felt at home.

This was our second time staying here, and we know it won’t be our last! The home is absolutely perfect for our needs. We love cooking here - the kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the whole space is quiet and cozy. It was only a 5-minute drive to our wedding at Holiday Valley, which made everything so convenient. The house feels welcoming, well cared for, and truly like a home away from home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Really enjoyed our time in Ellicottville. The home was perfect for hosting our family Christmas! The main floor suite worked well for my grandparents who couldn’t do stairs. It was really nice to have the garage to park in and communication on the property was quick! Would stay here again

Awesome weekend getaway!

This house is in such an amazing location. Whether you want to go visit the town center or ski, you are close to it all! The house was clean, had a ton of appliances/equipment needed to cook, etc as well as tons of space. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful. Check in/out was also super easy. Definitely recommend for your trip!

Quiet Retreat

It was an enjoyable trip. We had an hour drive to the Grand canyon of the east. They were the second biggest waterfalls we ever saw. I can recommend this place.

We had a great stay at this place. It was clean, bright, and very well equipped. We stayed with 2 families (4 adults, 7 kids) and there was lots of room for us all. The kitchen was equipped really well with good quality pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Jaclyn was great at getting back to us with answers to our questions. I definitely recommend this great spot.

We loved our stay here. There is plenty of space and the decor/furnishings are absolutely beautiful. The rooms were all very spacious but the basement level felt like you have your very own place! The host is very accommodating and we appreciated the communication before and after our stay! If you need a place to stay near Holiday Valley...look no further. We will be back next year for sure!

This property was so excellent that we never even felt the need to go into town -- we cooked, relaxed, used the hot tub and the barrel sauna so much that we never need to leave. Clean property, just as listed and shown. Plenty of space to stretch out with two families, plus a few of our kids friends. And our host was also amazing and very responsive. Great place...highly recommend!

The chalet is beautiful and spacious. We really enjoyed the extra long dining table for our group. Some of our group really enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We would definitely recommend and return. The keurig was acting up a bit, but it was nice to have the coffee pot as a backup.

The perfect property for an EVL getaway!

We absolutely loved the chalet!! It was so clean and only took a couple minutes to drive to the ski hill. The space was huge too. It had everything I wanted for cooking and we loved the big dining table so everyone could eat together. The kids loved the downstairs living room with the foosball and big TV and sleeping in the bunk bed room. The adults all loved the hot tub and comfy beds, and we even walked home from town one night which only took about 15 minutes. Jaclyn was wonderful to deal with and super easy to reach - we can't wait to come back!!!

Fun Family Weekend

We had a wonderful time at Jaclyn’s place. The process through VRBO was quick and easy. Jaclyn was quick to respond to any questions. The three levels of bedrooms were perfect to spread everyone out. The surrounding area is pleasant for a morning walk. The rental is just outside of town for a quiet rural setting, but a quick 5 minute drive to town to shop at some adorable stores and grab a bite to eat. We took a 15 minute drive to enjoy a hike at Little Rock City. The kids enjoyed the basement games, while the adults were right outside the sliding glass door to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. I would recommend this place if you are looking to go somewhere to relax and enjoy family/friend time.
