Delightful apartment with 3 large bedrooms with 2 single beds in each and ceiling fans plus one bedroom with bunk beds. All rooms have air conditioning. Prime location in front of Pitangueiras beach, large balcony with beautiful sea view. 3 bathrooms with shower and central heating, box in glass and plenty of light and natural ventilation. Good kitchen, fully equipped. Equipped and sunny laundry. All dorms have large Venetian windows that allow for optimal air circulation and plenty of natural light. Room equipped with LCD cable TV and DVD player, ceiling fan and air conditioning. Apartment has a covered parking space. Location of the property is fantastic, super central on the beach of Pitangueiras, with easy access to all trade and services you may need during your stay. Comfortably sleeps up to 8 people. Families are welcome. The building where the apartment is located is super well maintained, with the newly renovated concierge with modern security equipment. Upon request the building's employees assemble and disassemble umbrella and chairs on the beach for you, meaning you just get on the beach and enjoy the day without bothering to carry anything. The apartment is absolutely spotless, is for discerning people.
