Wildcatter resting grounds, spacious living
Large spacious living room and kitchen area with a texas appeal , great for large families or small , QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, FAMILY FRIENDLY room for outdoor seating and activities House has been recently updated with brand new appliances throughout home, Stove, refrigerator, A/C unit & heater washer/dryer ,Tvs. furniture is brand new. since oct.2019.
entire home, attached garage not for parking, laundry room only, but back garage/storage unit can be used for additional parking, can hold at least 1 vechile, has a roll up garage door, access is through the back yard, can also use for entertainment if needed.
back storage unit has electricity, plug in outlets, overhead lights , good very entertaining

We ask with the respect of our neighbors who consent to us having an Airbnb, to please be respectful of their space( don't park in front of their homes) keep voices down, no yelling in front yard, keep interaction/ activities in backyard as much as possible.
