Great Place, Better Location

The house was as described in a very safe area. The walkability was awesome and close enough to the beach and other local areas to eat. 5 Stars and even more if I could.

My granddaughters senior trip with family.

Grandparents, parents, 4 grandkids and 2 of their friends went for a family celebration for our granddaughters granduation. We had an amazing time - plenty of sleeping arrangements, hang-out areas and very well stocked. Safe and convenient area for them to walk, eat and go explore. The only improvement could be A/C in kitchen/dining area. Other than that the place is perfect for large families.

Nathan was GREAT. The Area had A water issue, but that didn’t stop the host for making sure we were comfortable! Thank You So much for the hospitality. The area was near a lot of activities and restaurants! Very Clean home. Thank you again.

While it is difficult to respond to a review with no comments, I suspect I was given a low review score because I charged additional cleaning fees because of smoke in the home, which is not allowed. I am surprised by this because the home rules are very clean, and I made an exception for this guest by allowing the booking despite being under the age I normally allow to book. This is the only review this home has received on any platform less than 5 stars. I take my responsibility as a host very seriously, and I make myself much more available than most hosts. But I do have uphold rules, like smoking inside, as I would not want any future guests to have a less than perfect stay due to the negligence of a previous guest, not to mention the additional work for my outstanding cleaning crew.
