Sunflower Cottage is a brand-new rental, thoughtfully built in 2023, nestled on two private acres of serene country living with stunning mountain views.

Enjoy the fully enclosed backyard, complete with a barbecue grill, utensils, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a cozy gas fire pit—perfect for starry nights and fresh mountain air.

Surrounded by nature, you’ll find plenty of nearby hiking and biking trails. We’re ideally located for exploring some of Arizona’s most breathtaking destinations, including the Grand Canyon, Snowbowl, Sedona, and Lake Mary.

Please note: We’re situated just off a dirt road, adjacent to the highway for convenient access. Starting in March, the County will be conducting road and front yard drainage improvements to enhance the property’s accessibility.

This was a beautiful property with beautiful views! The host was excellent with communication. This place was centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The cottage was beautifully decorated and very clean. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This house is perfect. The kitchen and bathroom is well stocked. The fenced outdoor area is nice and cozy. The location is perfect and allowed us to explore a ton of northern Arizona during our trip. If we are back in the area, we definitely hope to stay again.

This cottage was phenomenal! It was very clean, the bed (we only used one of the 2) was extremely comfortable. The decor was very inviting. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and cookware. The views were incredible, the mountains from the backyard the sunrise from the front porch, the stars, the lightening show. It was located not far from everything we wanted to see . The host checked to make sure everything was satisfactory and we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here next time we visit Flagstaff . Thank you for everything, Regina!

Regina’s home was extremely well supplied with everything you would need for your stay. The home was spotless. We had a great stay and highly recommend this delightful home. We loved the location as we like being a little out of town. Visiting Sunset Crater and Wupatki National Monuments are right there for your enjoyment. Both are a must do in our opinion. We can’t wait until we return to we very comfortable home.

Husband and I stayed for a long weekend and we would stay at this property again and highly recommend this property. It was centrally located to many different areas we wanted to visit. Our family had a wonderful stay at the cottage and we truly enjoyed our time in and around Flagstaff. The space was spotless and perfect for our family of four, making it both comfortable and relaxing. It also served as a home base for exploring the Grand Canyon, Antelope Slot Canyon, and Sedona. Gorgeous, clean, comfortable and felt like home. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook our breakfast before heading out to do tourist things. We stopped at Walmart to buy the food but that is all we needed. The house even had spices, coffee, a Kuerig and a regular coffee pot. My husband loved the cleanliness, the bedroom, the TVs and the backyard. The host only showed up one time which was to show us how to get in the home (I was struggling a li’l). lol!! We stayed for three nights and it was sooooo comfy and nice. I would highly recommend this Sunflower Cottage to anyone looking to just get away for a few days or weeks even….

The Sunflower Cottage is a true gem, the perfect weekend getaway anytime! It is incredibly well appointed, extremely clean and beds are very comfortable. It is well stocked in the bathrooms and kitchens. The back patio is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy a meal or evening drink!
