Welcome to the GreenHouse NA! This charming shotgun home from the 1920’s has been completely refurbished. It is located within 10 miles of major attractions in Louisville, and 1 mile from the many local restaurants and shops that downtown New Albany has to offer. Our home is pet friendly and family friendly!
We hope our guests relax and enjoy our peaceful home!

Enjoy coffee and breakfast in the eat-in kitchen, completely stocked with a coffee bar, blender, and toaster.
Relax and unwind in the cozy living room- curl up in the oversized chair with a book, or enjoy your favorite show on the 65” Roku TV.
Each bedroom is comfortably set up with extra pillows and plush blankets, plus Roku tvs for your enjoyment.
Both bathrooms are set up with basic amenities like plush towels and soap. Both showers are equipped with top-of-the-line Moen shower heads with a handheld.
The master bedroom has an adjustable reclining base for extra comfort!
Laundry is on-site and stocked for your convenience.
Enjoy the private fenced in backyard with your pets! There’s plenty of seating, including hammock swings.

trying to charge me for damages that were already made. Also, I paid the protection fee.also the hot tub was dirty

A fee was requested due to damages made during this stay. The curtain rod and curtains in the master bedroom were ripped down and stashed in another bedroom closet. That required a repair and the materials to repair it. We found a hole in the beadboard on the kitchen countertop, and the pieces of the beadboard were on the floor beneath it. That requires a repair and materials to repair it. In addition, during this stay, an unauthorized party was apparently going on. This caused a disturbance with our neighbors. It also resulted in excessive trash left in each room, and required more than the average amount of cleaning.

This property was perfect for our weekend trip. It’s a great location, easy to get to Louisville or Clarksville within 15 mins or less. There is street parking but plenty of spaces along the street without issues. The host responded quickly and even brought batteries when I mentioned one of the remotes to the tv was dead. She was kind enough to drop off something we forgot at the house to my sister who lives in town. That we especially appreciated. I highly recommend this property, there’s plenty of space for everyone, super cute backyard, it’s clean and the beds are very comfortable.

Beautiful old home that has been well remodeled. Host was extremely hospitable with snacks, many types of coffees, and everything else that you need for a stay (towels, linens etc). The home was extremely well decorated. The home was very clean. Beds were comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!

A quiet oasis

This house is adorable. The host was very sweet. Our stay began with a slight hiccup, but was easily resolved. New Albany is a nice break from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Quick bourbon trip

Back to school mini vaca

It had a nice cozy warm home away from home vibe. The kiddo's were excited to actually see board games and us parents were excited to see them put their phones down to play. It was very clean and had all the amenities needed. Definitely if in the area again, we will be back. Hostess was amazing!!!! Thank you from the Tharp family
