About this property

Cape-x-ta-sea a home with picture perfect panoramic views of False Bay.

Cape-x-ta-sea is split into 2 units, a 4 bedroomed villa and a 2 bedroomed apartment.

Three options are available:
• The villa separately
• The apartment separately
• Both the villa & apartment may be let as one unit

The villa consists of 3 levels.
Upper level: includes a double garage plus additional off street parking. This opens up into an entrance hall with a staircase that leads down into the living area.

Living area: has a modern design with an easy flow between the family room, dining room, the lounge, and an indoor pool area. The living area has a generous amount of space, and provides a lovely social domain. The dining room leads out onto a patio where you can relax and soak up the views of the bay. There is a BBQ in the pool area.

All the bedrooms and most the bathrooms are situated on the 3rd level. The bedrooms have been stylishly redecorated, with the main focus being on relaxation and comfort. Good quality linen is provided, bath towels and pool towels are included. Plus hairdryers in all the rooms.


The 2 bedroom apartment is a self contained unit below the villa and has a separate side entrance. It is comfortably furnished and offers the same spectacular views as the villa. There is an off-street parking bay available for the unit.

We are an adventurous family and have had the privilege of being able to travel and live in many interesting countries. We would like to use this experience to improve on our villa and offer a good quality holiday house for many families to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

It is a unique house with loads of space and truly spectacular views. Situated in the charming Fish Hoek village with all necessary amenities close by. A sanctuary of comfort where relaxation & family moments happen naturally.
One of the most wonderful attractions is the whales. At times, they come so close that you can actually hear them breathe.

What makes this property unique

Easy access to beaches, many water sports, mountains, wine farms, and breathtaking drives to popular sightseeing venues.
After long busy days on the beach or touring the beautiful Cape, it is wonderful to curl up on the couch with a book or just simply soak up the views of the fabulous bay.
It's a home that caters to the relaxation needs of our guests. This home is nestled on a scenic mountainside, so please be aware that there are stairs.
Our time spent at the villa has always been blessed and we hope you have a wonderful visit.
