Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please hang all wet towels, etc. to dry - please do not leave on floor. Please throw all kitchen/food trash out in trash chute (follow signs down 2nd floor hallway).
Please ensure entry door and all windows are fully closed and locked. Please put dirty dishes in dishwasher and start cycle. Have a safe journey home - we hope to see you again soon!

Ideal Location

The condo was very nice and in the perfect location. We loved being able to easily walk to the Square and to the Grove.

We had a great trip! The condo is located in the perfect spot a couple of blocks from the Square and a short walk to the Grove. It was very clean and comfortable, and Jim was an amazing host - very friendly, hospitable and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend you stay here next you’re headed to the Sip! And, what a game!! Go Rebs!

PERFECT LOCATION!! Walking distance to The Square AND Campus, the Grove, the Stadium! We didnt get back in our car all weekend!
