Minutes to the Prime Outlet Mall. Thruway access to downtown scenic Niagara Falls, Niagara Reservation State Park, Seneca Niagara Resort and Casino and all tourist areas. Approximately 15 minutes to Canada and 2 minutes to Niagara Falls Airport and 25 minutes to Buffalo/Niagara International Airport.

Excellent stay! I was in town for 10 days and the room was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as advertised. Everything was clean and well maintained. Denise was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and very easy to work with. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
