5-bedroom golf-course retreat with theater, outdoor living, hot tub, and more!

Luxury mountain retreat with stunning golf and forest views all sitting nicely at the end of a quite cul-de-sac on nearly a half-acre lot.

Nestled along the 7th fairway of Prospector Golf Course, this large home has something for everyone.

As you walk through the front door you are greeted by a spacious great room with soaring vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows that light up the room. A natural gathering point in the home, you'll appreciate the openness of the comfortable seating area by the fireplace that merges to the large island and gourmet kitchen, stocked with everything you need for a quick snack or multi-course feast.

On the main level you'll find the master suite, a second en-suite King guest room, powder room, and mudroom/laundry room.

Upstairs you'll find two more en-suite King bedrooms, bunk room and the theater room. A perfect place to watch movies and sports, featuring reclining theater seats, live edge wood slab bar top and mini-fridge.

The backyard boasts covered and heated outdoor living complete with a kitchenette that includes gas BBQ, flat grill, and refrigerator. The covered area also includes hot tub and TV. You will also enjoy time gathered around the gas firepit.

*Important note* Guests will not have access to the Suncadia swim and fitness center or Nelson Farm pool. Those are for members only.

*Security* The home is equiped with exterior security cameras along with a Ring doorbell that monitor activity in the front and back of the home.

Holiday get away

Fantastic location and set up. Very comfortable home, that is well kept and nicely equipped. Everyone enjoyed ‘toys’ such as table tennis and foosball. Will definitely stay again—-thanks!!

Wedding Vacation

The home is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and fun. We were in the area for our Son’s wedding with all adults in the home. The house accommodated all of us by providing both separate areas and family areas. If in the area again we will definitely stay here! The wildlife was fun too! Deer and turkeys!

Nice location and house

Everything was excellent. Only issue is the bed covers were not washed/cleaned and there was hair on some of them.

Wonderful, clean, beautiful property

Wonderful home! We greatly enjoyed a family gathering at this beautiful, well appointed home. Beautiful scenery, very clean with all of the kitchen equipment you could need to make elaborate meals. The theater room was a huge hit for our kids and the great room was a fantastic place to gather and relax. Beds were all comfortable, home was impeccably clean. The hosts were extremely communicative and accommodating in advance of our stay. We highly recommend and hope To stay again.

Fabulous Vacation Rental

This fabulous house was absolutely perfect for our family of three generations. The photos accurately show the quality used in construction, but the spaciousness is fully-appreciated the moment one enters into the grand room, and fully-appointed gourmet kitchen. As this was our holiday celebration, the beautiful decorations added to our enjoyment. Every night we gathered in the theater room to watch a movie, in the comfortable reclining chairs.Maria and Derek, thank you for sharing your lovely home, and appreciate the timely responses. This visit exceeded our expectations, and hope to return in the future.
