Just 7 minutes from the Adirondack Bank Center at the Utica Memorial Auditorium, Utica's Brewery District and Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute. It is a short 20-minute drive from Hamilton College, 12 Minutes to Utica University, and 8 Minutes to the Utica Zoo, 3 minutes to MVCC and centrally located to all the Utica hospitals. The Syracuse Airport is just a 55-mile drive and Albany a 94-mile drive.

Lovely space! The couch is so comfortable and can seat many people, the bedrooms are all nice, the mattresses themselves aren’t the most comfortable but they certainly arent bad, I can’t complain for the price and number of beds. Very nice location and easy check in process, host was super accommodating and communicative. The shower is super interesting, it has something like 5 potential streams and is honestly quite confusing on which knobs to turn to make it do what, I did enjoy it but you may struggle with how to operate it! Everyone at my small gathering loved the place, if the occasion arose I would love to book here again!

Nice place. Only thing I didn't like it was that it was up on the 2nd floor and wasn't advertised as that. Nice place though.

Great place to stay in a great location.

The apartment was perfect for my family and me. Perfectly located near my Dad’s home. Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped. Loved being near the park too. Walked there daily. Also used the wonderful outdoor porch daily. And renter was very responsive and friendly when I contacted them of anything. Recommend this place to anyone.

Overnight astay

Very nice 3 bedroom rental with large living room, dining room and functional kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Only improvements would be an additional bathroom and a safety bar in the bathroom tub. The price was very reasonable.

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area.
