Beautiful Home in a Great Location!!

The house is extremely roomy, we were a group of guys traveling for work and the house was perfect. Highly suggested place to stay.

The outdoor patio was filthy and the furniture made it unusable. The three different levels with the sunken living room made it a fall hazard. One guy fell twice. There are lights out in almost every room. You need to put a TV in game room. Grill was too dirty to use. Overall ok but a bit expensive.

I did check in during the stay and didn’t hear about any concerns at the time, but I’m sorry to learn that some aspects did not meet your expectations. My cleaning team takes great care to prepare the home before each arrival; however, it did rain the day prior to your check-in, which may have impacted the condition of the outdoor patio furniture. I will absolutely have the team give extra attention to the grill to ensure it is clean and ready for future guests. Please know that if I had been made aware of these issues during your stay, I would have gladly arranged for the cleaners to come by and take care of everything right away. As for the game room, it is set up with a movie screen and projector rather than a traditional TV. Thank you again for your feedback—it’s very helpful, and I’ll use it to continue improving the experience for future guests.
