Extremely private chalet on 12 acres with a hot tub, pond, and stream! Plenty of space for up to 14 people. Explore the stream and woods or enjoy the open space with snow tubing or lawn games. Drive 10 minutes to Elk Mountain or 5 minutes to Clifford Township Park for more adventures. Firewood is included for the year-round (covered) fire pit and there are games, puzzles and books to entertain all ages. Quiet and peaceful and a whole lot of fun! About 2 1/2 hours from Philly & New York. (No pets allowed)

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Lock the doors

Turn heat down to 52°. Turn off AC if used.

Place trash in large black bags and set in bin at the end of the driveway.

Lower hot tub temperature to 85°

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please do not drive any vehicles on the lawn (there is an underground septic tank) or into the woods/across the stream.

Please be respectful of neighbors and observe “quiet hours” from 10pm-8am.

Kitchen was sublime, we made a feast and there was plenty of pots and pans and cooking gear to go all out. Everything was better than described, and could not have been a better spot for a friends reunion.

If you are thinking about renting this house just do it. First. The owner is the most responsive owner I have ever dealt with. Secondly, the house is infinitely nicer than the pictures show. Moreover, the kitchen was well stocked and made cooking so easy......now the best part was the fire pit that was covered with a babbling brook behind you....best vrbo I've rented in a long time.

Great location; Beautiful property

We went up for the Harford Fair which was a lot of fun! Additionally, the property allowed the children to run out their energy on the 12 acres. The home was comfortable and had stuff for the kids to do, board games, foosball, mini pool table, which was great since we did have a little rain. We would definitely stay again.
