Vielen Dank fuer dieses Rache review.
Wir haben keine Tiere im Haus Erlaubt. Gast ist mit 2 Hunden gekommen. Nachdem ich den Gast gebeten habe die Hunde nicht auf die Betten und die Couch zu lassen, da wir ansonsten eine Tiefenreinigung der Couch in Rechnung stellen muessen sagte er, die Hunde sind Stubenrein und lieb und sie sind es auch. Nach verlassen des Hauses stellten wir fest, dass die Couch voller Haare war und wir mussten sie speziell Tiefenreinigen um den Hundegeruch raus zu bekommen. Das wurde in Rechnung gestellt, wie vorher angekuendigt.
Dementsprechend ist das eine Rachbewewertung. Hier die Antwort vom Kunden ob alles ok ist:

Super Aufenthalt in einem Top-Haus
