We had a wonderful time staying in the apartment! Everything is as in the listing and has everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean, heated, and cozy. The neighborhood is very safe, perfect for a family trip. The host was responsive and nice ::) Will come back again!
The apartment was spotless upon entry. All the features of home in the kitchen. The decor is lovely. Honestly, I felt like this could have been a beach resort apartment. It was cold in the apartment. I kept a sweater on and I was fine. The property manager is slow to respond. The checkin guide should be a direct email to open easier.I would definately stay again. I stayed ten days and the neighborhood is so quite.
We were in town for a medical procedure and this space was perfect for us. Quiet area with all the conveniences you’d ever want close by. It is a lower lever of a town home, you walk in from the rear. As mentioned in another review there is a small slope you must walk in and out. In ice/snow it may be tricky. However, we had no problems even with limited mobility after surgery and rain a couple days. I would happily stay here again.
The apartment was spotless and had everything you would need/find in a hotel but so much more spacious. Lighting is good and needed as it can be a darker space due to being partly below ground. The manager was prompt in reply; there was only a momentary challenge with check in but it was cleared up pretty quickly. A few suggestions if possible: the hvac system is controlled by the tenant in the upper portion of the TH so there were a lot of temp issues (too hot/blowing cold); the approach to the entrance was slick as it was a grass hill - it would be a benefit to have some kind of path making it safer for accessibility and lighting for when check in is a bit later in the day as it was dark at the door/entrance. All in all it was a modern accommodation and had easy accessibility to major roads/area.
This property was NOT described accurately. There was a down hill walk to the back door. The unit was converted storage for the condo above. There wasn't lighting at the side of the house. The side walk decline was steep but the grass was deep and ground uneven with holes. There wasn't a railing to hold onto as you declined to the path to the back door. I held onto the flimsy tree branches for balance. I arrived at 4:p and prepped for a wedding. If I had had more time I would have cancelled the stay. I returned after dark. There were NO lights on the side of the house. There is NO heat in the unit! The a/c ran continuously and the fan was on HIGH until 1:30 am. I was freezing! I texted the host. The vents were ALL closed but frigid air was comming out at the head and foot of the bed! I moved to the couch. The host said use thespace heater it helped others.I texted again that I couldn't stand the cold. He told me he could not contact the owner at the late hour. It was my fault for not checking in early. Iwas there at 4:0p check in is 3p! He told ME to go up to the front door and knock to get the owner to fix the problem!!! The next morning he apologized and said he would fix the problem. I thanked him and requested an update to the situation. after two hours and no communication or fix, I packed and left the unit about 3p. I was at the unit under 24 hours.
