This modern one bedroom apartment is located on Grand Street in historic Newburg. Situated only 3 blocks (1/2 mile) from the Hudson River Waterfront where you may enjoy multiple restaurants and entertainment venues! Only 1 mile to the Ferry, to Beacon (one of the coolest small towns in America) to board the Metronorth train to New York City (one of the coolest large cities in America). This beautiful, historic building has been completely renovated and features new plumbing, energy effecient lighting, new fixtures, flooring and high-end furnishings throughout.
Our 1 bedroom suite, has an eat- in kitchen with supplies, a full bathroom, and a 4 person dining room which opens to the living room. This apartment boasts an office equipped with high speed wi-fi access/ internet. The bedroom has a Queen bed, while a queen sleeper sofa also resides in the living room. Street parking is permissible with attention to the alternate side parking rules. Luckily, your reserved parking spot is right on the premises! The building may be accessed through both front and rear entrances. Enjoy the mountain views and quiet space or venture out and explore the beautiful welcoming Hudson Valley!

Our visit to Newburgh was a positive experience by staying at this rental. The location is convenient to restaurants, parks, West Point, Beacon, etc. The apartment was clean, information was shared when anything was needed. Our first trip to upstate NY was successful and we plan to return!

Refreshing retreat!

My husband and I stayed for a week. He went hiking daily while I worked remote. We loved our stay. The place is spacious, bright, and in a great location. The neighbourhood is being revitalized and we loved the architecture of the surrounding homes as well as the care the hosts put into the place we stayed. Great restaurants near by and we enjoyed visiting a local winery and the quaint town of Beacon. We would recommend staying. The hosts were lovely and this VRBO has three floors so they can be flexible with larger parties.
