On the inside play area we have: full bar, TV room with stereo and TV 32 '.

On the outside play area are: garage and discovery, a steam room, cold shower, BBQ w / wood burning stove and oven w / pizza, 8x4m pool lit with waterfall.
Also, lots of green area with various fruit trees.

Passei alguns dias e o réveillon, com a família, na casa e foi simplesmente inesquecível.O local estava super limpo, a localização é ótima, a casa é completa e o contato com o anfitrião foi perfeita. Sem falar no caseiro Sr. Carlos que é prestativo, atencioso e fez com que nossa estadia fosse perfeita. Super indico o lugar.

INESQUECÍVEL!!!!

Adoramos a estadia, a localização privilegiada, vimos os fogos do reveillon em um lugar privilegiado (sacada), as acomodações foram ótimas todos dormimos em camas, somente faltou um ventilador de teto nos quartos pois fez mto calor e eles são quentes, o imóvel estava limpo e bem cuidado. Qto a manutenção ótima, apenas precisa de alguns reparos tipo ao desligar os chuveiro dos banheiros de cima dava choque. A geladeira modelo antigo é linda mas tbm tava choque, e os frizers não gelava tanto de cima como de baixo somente mantinha gelado, não dava conta. A tv de baixo não funcionou. Como recomendação: um frizer q gele bem, uma tv nova p a sala de baixo e uma na área externa, pois queríamos ver tv, mas tbm queríamos aproveitar o espaço próximo a churrasqueira, um liquidificador novo, pois o q tem vaza metade do q vc bate nele, está quebrado o copo. Agora qto ao proprietário foi mto atencioso durante a transação, mas o caseiro Sr. Carlos sem palavras... MARAVILHOSO!!!!! Recomendo o imóvel, pois é ótimo, somente necessita de alguns ajustes.
