And our first home is The Cozy Comfy Cabin at Suncadia Resort. Every part of the "cabin" has been meticulously curated to ensure a wonderful and distinctive experience with us.

Blue skies most of the year, amazing sunsets and sun rises, millions of stars while sitting on the edge of the forest, more privacy in this development than any other lot... a peaceful easy feeling every time we visit.
What makes this property unique
Every time we visited Suncadia before we bought our home, we made special memories. Festivals at Nelson Farm, tubing, building snowmen, snowball fights on the driving range, wild life everywhere, yummy meals at The Coal Chute Cafe, The Sunset Cage, Beau's Pizza & Pasta, lounging in the hot tub lazy Saturday and Sunday mornings.... lots of laughter and love. We looked for a long time and before buying. We didn't want a giant mansion. And we didn't want a small condo or town home. When we found the Cabins at the Farm, we knew we'd found our own retreat. The builder wanted our lot for himself because of its size and private location, plus extra parking. It is private and peaceful, comfy and cozy, with all modern appliances and a design. The back patio and the knotty cedar cathedral ceiling is stunning.
