Grew up in area, visiting our two sons. Nice beds. The only down side was the sofa, it wasn't comfortable. But, other wise it was a very nice place.

Sonesta Simply Suites

This was an all suites hotel, not a typical VRBO property. While it served our needs nicely, booking it through VRBO raised the cost of our stay by $200+ over the price we would have paid booking directly with Sonesta!

The efficiency room was great!! It had everything we needed for our stay. The room was very clean, comfortable and great location. I do wish I had more information about the check in process ahead of my visit. For those interested there is a front desk with an attendant. The room was on the third floor. The building was great!

Pros: location in downtown Falls Church couldn’t have been better!, good sized rooms, allows pets, doors on bedrooms, kitchenCons: bathroom smelled *very strongly* of cigarette smoke the entire week, could have been cleaner—found lots of random things like broken crayons and batteries on the ground, my room 131: had a view of the trash bins, maid comes only twice a week but there is no where for you to dispose of your own trash, the tvs seem so unsafe…too big for their stands and not attached to anything-not kid proofed.
