Nice room with separate bedrooms, which was great for travelling with in-laws, but had to go through one bedroom to get to the bathroom. Kitchenette area too.

The room was just as described. It had a mini fridge and microwave. The beds were comfortable. Overall I didn't have any issues. I it would have been nice if we didnt have to pay extra to upgrade the internet coverage. I felt like i was almost being charged for everything. Noted in the description it says you'll be charged for parking.

Within 5 minutes of O'Hare Airport was so convenient. Clean rooms and public areas. Neighborhood was safe so I took a few walks. Easy parking on premises. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Close to shopping and food. Highly recommend and would gladly stay again. Thank you so much!!!

The hotel was very poorly maintained, peeling paint and very dirty carpet. During our stay the sprinkler main broke and sprinklers went off in the lobby filling the entire lobby with an inch of water. The fire alarm went off three times after and the staff was completely ambivalent to the disruption. It was so bad we had to leave a night early. 100% do not recommend to anyone staying there.
