Great place for my partner and I for our trip. Maybe twenty-five minutes outside Toledo, perfect for our visits downtown. The host clearly put a lot of work into making the house hospitable for guests.
Christy went above and beyond. She was VERY responsive and I loved working with her.
The property was exactly as described. We didn't spend much time at the property--didn't even turn on the TV. We did prepare meals there. The bed was comfortable and we could regulate the heat with the thermostat and opening windows. There is a window air conditioner but we didn't use it. The refrigerator is full size and the stove works well. The rooms are all very small. We had to move a chair into a closet behind the fridge and put all our luggage in the living room. If I had any constructive criticism, it would be that all of the rooms were dark and would benefit from extra lighting especially above bathroom and kitchen sinks and kitchen table, though the lamp on the microwave helps that area a lot.
This was very convenient for me as I had business in Woodville and there are very limited options- No hotels within 15 minutes. Very affordable. The house heat was a wall unit and space heaters but I was quite warm in winter. It is a very tiny house but about the size of a hotel suite. Christy the owner was helpful to work with
Baby boomers will be reminiscing about their first apartment. This tiny home takes you back quite a few years to a less stressful time. A time when you didn’t sweat the small stuff. A time when you would use this tiny bathroom and be grateful. Be grateful for all you have now!
The property manager was very good to work with. She even worked with me when I asked about the possibility of checking out later than listed.
The listing indicated the house has AC, however we did not see any AC unit or controller. Based on the size and age of the property, I guessing they use window units and who would have been thinking that it would be 60F overnight in late April. Also, property listing lists no pets, however I observed white dog or cat hair on the sofa cover.
