Lo Key Estate is a private waterfront compound on Coco Bay, Green Turtle Cay. It combines two apartments and one two-story house: The Penthouse (upstairs, 2BR/1BA), Island Gypsy (downstairs, 2BR/1BA), and The Beehive (new 2024, 3BR/3BA). Each apartment has its own entrance. Together: 7 bedrooms, 5 baths, and 2 outdoor baths. Sleeps 16 (comfortably 8 adults plus 4–6 kids, or 10–12 adults). Tropical grounds, bay views, direct beach access. Starlink, backup generator, turtles at your door. Built for family gatherings and multi-generational trips.
