It is a two-bedroom apartment, with a Queen bed in each room, living room, dining room, kitchen and a small balcony with smoking area, internet and laundry center, coffee maker ready only to prepare coffee, very comfortable for 2 people and space for 4

In the apartment complex there is a private park only for apartment guests.
It is very close, steps from a shopping center with a supermarket, cafes, restaurants and bars.
