Clean, Kind, and a perfect location

I don't think we could have been closer to the gondola! The condo was beautiful and immaculate, and Brian was perhaps the most attentive and responsive host I've encountered. Strongly recommend and we'll definitely be back. Thanks!

Great ski-in-ski-out Condo

We have stayed at a number of condos (4) at this complex and this was the best. The decorations were outstanding and it was only a two-minute walk to the gondola. The owner truly seemed interested in us having a good time. Highly recommended

Fantastic ski in/ski out location

Cannot say enough great things about this condo! In addition to the prime location (it is literally steps to the gondola), the unit itself was spacious, very clean, and had all the finer touches (fluffy towels, super comfy mattress and bedding, shampoo/body wash/conditioner/lotion all provided, just to name a few)…we will definitely be looking to book this condo again next ski season!!

Amazing location!

We loved our stay! The unit was nice and comfortable. The host was responsive, helpful, and clearly cared about our experience. The parking is an amazing perk. Hot tub at the gym after skiing was great. The parking and unit are incredibly close to the gondola. It felt like such a luxury to be so close! I hope we can return for another stay!

Comfortable and great location

My wife and I spent three nights at this condo, and loved every minute. The unit is comfortable, well appointed, and the location can't be beat. It's just a few steps to the elevator, and then a few more out onto the village grounds directly across from the Bourbon Pub, and adjacent to the burgers and brews restaurant. The gondola is less than a minute walk, and everything else in the village is very convenient. We'll definitely come back again.

Fantastic condo!

My husband and I rented this condo for a ski weekend with our nine-year-old son. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival, the condo is much better in person than even the photos show. Great taste in furniture. We have stayed in a lot of condos at NS over the past several years and this one is one of our favorites, we cannot wait to return. Everything is super clean and had everything we needed to cook in. We forgot our son’s toothbrush and found a lovely basket under the sink with sundries available. 🙌 that was so great considering we didn’t realize until it was bedtime. The personalized note upon arrival really set the tone for a relaxing and really enjoyable stay. We had a fantastic weekend. Thanks for sharing your place with us, five stars all the way!

Thank you for taking time to fill out the survey. Most importantly though, thank you for staying in our new condo! My wife and I are striving to provide an exceptional 5-star experience for our guests. And I'm thrilled that you got to use our "Oops, I Forgot" basket. Knowing you have options of other ski resorts and other lodging options, Diana and I are grateful that you chose to come to Northstar and book our condo. How did you like the touchless faucet in the kitchen? Kinda neat wasn't it? Hoping to welcome you and your 2 other guys back anytime. Brian and Diana.

Amazing location for skiing!

We went up to go skiing and this was located a 2 min walk from the gondola. Great 1st level ski storage. Parking is easy to get to and underground (good because it snowed a bit). The incline burger is just outside the door and the burgers were good. The condo had what you needed to cook or prepare a meal. Lots of things in the kitchen. Washer/dryer were nice (and quiet). The couch and recliner were comfortable. And the couch hid a bed was comfortable also (my son couldn't feel the bar) The TV was great (almost too many channels). If you have a laptop that can connect to a wireless display, bring that as the TV can connect to that and it makes it easier to do netflix/etc w/o logging in to the tv apps. Would be a great location for summer also as its at the end and quiet.

Host profile image
We love traveling and have been a part of the Marriott Vacation Club for >30 years. We enjoy the comfort of being able to stay at Vacation Club with a kitchen, living room and large space which you can't get staying at a hotel. Therefore we are so happy that we can offer a one bedroom fully furnished villa at the Northstar Ski Resort for others to enjoy for a true ski-in/ski-out vacation. We strive to earn your 5 star review as a host.

Why they chose this property

The Northstar Resort is easy to get to on the interstate. It is also close to the Reno Airport for our out of state guests.

What makes this property unique

My wife and I are super excited to offer a high end one bedroom villa for you and your family to enjoy. We hope to exceed your expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness and to enjoy the same level of comfort we expect when we go to a luxury resort. We will strive to make your vacation a truly positive memorable time for you and your family.

Additionally, as far as I can tell, we are the only ones offering a VIP Return Guest Rewards in the form of a discount for nightly rates for our previous guests similar to major brand name hotel brand's loyalty program.
