Come enjoy our family vacation home! A beautiful, serene escape perched above the salt marsh - with lovely views from every room, and a huge 1,000 square foot outdoor deck. Sleeps 8 comfortably. A 10-minute drive to charming Wellfleet center, and just an 8-minute drive to ocean beaches.

The space
Sweeping views across Silver Spring Marsh and shimmering Cape Cod Bay.

The hosue has an ideal layout for families and friends: a bright, open-concept living and dining area - featuring a high cathedral ceiling, 3 large sliding glass doors, and soul-cleansing views over the marsh and bay.

The perfect place to UNWIND AND RELAX with family and friends after a day at the beach. And there's a wood-burning fireplace if it gets chilly! The living room opens onto the huge 1,000 square foot wrap-around deck, where you can enjoy a glass of chardonnay and watch the sun set.

The deck also has a BBQ for grilling. There is high-speed WiFi throughout the house, and a large flat-screen TV and entertainment center in the living room.

The house layout is perfect for families and friends: the four bedrooms are directly off of the central ''Great Room'': two first-floor bedrooms with queen size beds (and each with a full bathroom). The two upstairs bedrooms have two twin beds in each room. PLEASE NOTE that one upstairs bedroom is a ''loft'', meaning it is open to the great room downstairs - with no door (see photos). This is usually where (at least some of) the kids sleep! The two upstairs bedrooms share a full bathroom. There is also an outdoor shower - great for a rinse after the beach!

The basement includes a washer and dryer, which you are free to use.

The architectural style of the house is midcentury modern, blending well with the surrounding landscape - but the house interior offers incredible natural sunlight and openness. The street is a quiet cul-de-sac where the breeze and the birds are heard more than cars.

It's a great place to... BREATHE... and enjoy the natural beauty of Cape Cod.

Kids love this house (mine do!), but it has not been explicitly 'kid-proofed.' If you have little ones, you'll need to watch them around the open stairwell inside and the back deck (see photos). Therefore the primary adult needs to be at least 25 years of age.
Other things to note
Our house rental INCLUDES bed sheets, linens, and bath towels - at no additional charge. This is unusual on Cape Cod. We take care of everything - you'll find all the beds made upon your arrival... and you don't even need to strip the beds when you leave. We've got it covered - you just enjoy your vacation!

There is excellent, reliable Wireless Internet at the house.

No smoking in the house.

Please leave the home as neat and tidy as you found it, empty trash (trash and recycling pickup is included), remove all food from fridge and either run/empty dishwasher as you are checking out. Thank you!
